Paid plans raise usage limits rather than unlock features: free is capped on workspaces and monthly new-target volume with manual mining only, while Starter and Growth add scheduled auto-mining, higher target budgets, more workspaces, and included premium launches.
Is there a usage limit?: Each plan has a monthly new-target budget (≈50 on Free, ≈500 on Starter, ≈2,500 on Growth), pooled across your workspaces, plus a workspace cap (1 / 3 / 10). Going over pauses NEW target mining until the next period — your existing targets stay fully usable. Per-workspace rate limits on LLM calls and outreach sends also keep the platform stable for everyone.
Can I cancel my account?: Yes. You can delete your account and export your data at any time from Account Settings. Deletion is GDPR-compliant: workspace data, drafts, and BYO-SMTP credentials are removed after a 30-day grace period (audit logs are anonymized and retained for fraud + abuse review). Click the cancellation link in the confirmation email any time during the 30 days to restore the account.
