    These Terms govern your access to and use of GrowthMatic ("the Service"), operated by Dream Ops B.V. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

    What GrowthMatic does

    GrowthMatic helps you find prospective customers and run B2B outreach. You paste your product's URL; the platform extracts an ICP, finds prospects in public communities, drafts personalized outreach, and sends approved drafts via email. You stay in control of approvals and content.

    Acceptable use

    You may use GrowthMatic to generate B2B outreach where you have legitimate basis — typically because you sell something potentially relevant to the recipient's business.

    You may NOT use GrowthMatic for:

    • Outreach to consumers (B2C cold email). B2C cold email is regulated differently in most jurisdictions and not something this platform supports.
    • Spam, phishing, or any deceptive practice. Including impersonation, fake unsubscribe links, misleading subject lines, or hiding the commercial nature of a message.
    • Outreach in regulated industries (financial advice, medical, crypto, gambling, adult content) without confirming compliance with the specific industry rules that apply to you.
    • Mass automation against people who've shown disinterest. Including targeting unsubscribers from a different system or pre-loading suppression lists with prior contacts who never consented.
    • Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the recipient's.

    Your responsibilities as the sender

    • Lawful basis. You're responsible for ensuring your outreach has lawful basis (typically legitimate interest for B2B in the EU/EEA — verify for your jurisdiction).
    • Honoring unsubscribes. We make this automatic via the suppression system. Don't try to circumvent it (e.g., by re-creating workspaces with cleared suppression).
    • Message content. We provide drafting tools, but you approve and send. The content is yours.
    • Targeting accuracy. You're responsible for the email addresses you outreach to and the bounce rate that results.

    Our service commitments

    • Best-effort uptime during private beta. No SLA.
    • Automated send suspension when bounce rates exceed thresholds (currently 3% over the last 20-50 sends — see workspace settings). This protects sender reputation across the shared SES account. Operators are notified by email and can re-enable from the workspace settings page after addressing the underlying cause.
    • Account suspension for clear ToS violations. We'll explain the reason in writing before suspension where reasonable.

    Pricing

    GrowthMatic offers a free tier plus paid subscription plans (currently Starter and Growth, billed monthly or annually through Stripe, with VAT added at checkout where applicable), and an optional one-time premium launch boost. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal, and downgrades never delete your data. Any future pricing changes to an existing paid plan will be communicated in advance.

    Account suspension and deletion

    • You can request account deletion at any time from Account → Danger zone. Your account is locked immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later. Until then you can cancel via the link we email; after the 30-day window passes, deletion is irreversible.
    • On hard deletion we anonymize audit logs and email send history (records preserved for compliance, your sender identity removed) and cascade-delete owned workspaces (clusters, targets, drafts, BYO-SMTP credentials). See the privacy policy for the full anonymization rules.
    • Suppression lists are preserved indefinitely across deletion — recipients who unsubscribed stay unsubscribed even after your account is gone. This protects recipients, not us.
    • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Suspension does not automatically delete data; account-deletion is a separate operator action.

    Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is currently zero during private beta).

    We are not liable for outreach you send through GrowthMatic causing reputational, legal, or financial harm to you or third parties. You are the sender; GrowthMatic is the tool.

    Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes should attempt good-faith resolution by email first; arbitration in a mutually-agreed forum is the fallback.

    Changes to these Terms

    Material changes: 30 days advance notice via email to registered users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
